At the moment we are only shipping to Portugal via registered CTT mail. If for any reason the product needs to be returned please contact us in the "Contacts" page of this website and we will help you through the process.
When will I get my order?
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, however be aware that the delivery time for our custom watches may take a little longer, as each piece needs to be purchased from Casio, customized according to your order, and then shipped. As a result delivery time varies betwwen 2 and 10 business days. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that the result will be worth the wait!
Warranty
Every watch is covered with a 1 year warranty from the purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship (excluding case, glass, battery, and band). With proof of purchase, defective items will be repaired or replaced.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear.
